Master Plan

Located in Leander, Texas, Travisso is a mixed-use, master planned community that, when completed, will consist of over 3,000 residential properties and almost 600 acres of parks and community green space.

Project Description: The main marketing trail for the community, Travisso Parkway is a 3/4 mile divided entry road flanked by native Hill Country plantings and Texas Limestone-faced landscape walls. A 30' Tuscan-style entry monument greets visitors as they enter the community from the highway.

My Involvement: Schematic design input; Produced design development drawings and contract document package, including bid documents; Assisted in bidding process and construction administration; Produced exhibits for client as needed.
